
Yoga
Every person is unique, just as every body is unique. Simply put, each person’s yoga practice is unique, and so I adapt my classes to the people attending.

Although I’m certified in hatha-vinyasa flow, my yoga style is special to me.
​
I love to combine creative sequencing with a spirit of playfulness to help deepen the practice. I’m always seeking a balance between strength and flexibility, exertion and release. Expect to move, sweat, stretch and breathe.
If I had to sum-up yoga in one word it would be: connection.
The simple act of stepping onto the mat is the first step towards enhancing the connection between your breath, mind, body and heart. This in turn enables more profound connections off the mat, with ourselves & our body, in our relationship with each other and the world around us.
