What is a sound bath ?
A sound bath or sound healing is a practice that uses vibrations to deeply relax the mind and body.
Amongst other things, it helps relieve anxiety, stress, insomnia and chronic pain as well as helping you slow down, providing a balance to our fast-paced, attention demanding society.
My main instruments are Tibetan singing bowls and the handpan. I also incorporate a wide variety of sounds to help create a soothing and relaxing soundscape in which to lose yourself. All of my instruments are hand-picked to incorporate key frequencies that help induce a deep state of relaxation and well-being.
