Workshops & Programs
The Corporate Workshops are an effective introduction to sophrology and how it can help the company and individuals, about the benefits of mindset and mindfulness at work and in daily life, as well providing practical tools and hands-on experience to start creating change towards a positive workplace culture.
Workshops run time are from 1.5 hours to a full day, depending on the number of participants and the needs of the company.
The Corporate Programs are a deep dive into the topics of choice. Invest in a sustainable competence for your team with weekly courses over a fixed period of time. The sessions are designed to promote the progressive development of sophrology based, mindfulness and mindset skills, to bring about lasting changes in the individual participants and in your organisation’s culture.
Program session are 1.5 hours long, for a minimum of 4 weeks, up to multiple months, depending on the requirements of the company and the number of participants.

Learn about the causes and biological functioning of stress and anxiety as well as their impact on the body and work. Explore different tools and techniques to help prevent and manage the strains and tensions, gaining insights into how each person can build a healthy, stress free environment, at work and in daily life.

What to expect
Each workshop and program is informative, interactive and experiential.
Every session includes background information on the selected topic, presenting scientifique facts, research and concrete data on the functioning and impact of the topic (stress, concentration, communication) as well as the benefits of the tools to be explored.
These sessions aren't a presentation. Participants are encouraged to share their previous experiences, discuss the presented tools and techniques and help each other with personal tips. The objective here is to create an open, safe space, where people can express themselves and share their objectives or difficulties, so as to tailor the workshop to the needs of the group, as well as opening space for bonding between team members over a common topic.
Different tools and techniques will be presented and experienced throughout the workshop. As every person is unique with their own needs and desires, it's important that a range of exercices are explored, so that everybody can find something the works for them.
Each workshop is also supportive of people's self-practice, which is important for the learning and development of new skills. Participants will have take-away resources, to help incorporate the new information and tools into their daily life and the work environment, ensuring the best results.
The goal of the meditation sessions is to make it as easy as possible for everyone to understand what meditation is and how it can help them live and work better.
Contrary to what many people might think, meditation is easy to learn and its benefits are felt immediately.
No previous experience or fancy gadgets are required to learn. Those who consider themselves to have the busiest minds and think it will be impossible to meditate can learn to have deeply satisfying meditative experiences in weekly sessions over a period of one month, and will benefit from it the most.
Meditation gives employees, as well as leaders, the opportunity to have a space to clear their minds.

A typical meditation session will include:
Introduction to meditation - its benefits to the body and mind.

Tips and tricks - to build your own daily meditation practice (how and when to meditate and for how long).
While one-time meditation sessions are possible, it is recommended that they be offered on a regular basis (weekly or bi-weekly) to have a real impact on your team's life. All meditations can be held online or face-to-face.
